Wine & Mindfulness Retreat
The Art of Slowing Down
A retreat designed around mindful wine culture, the art of the table, and the lost practice of being fully present — in your glass, and in your life.
The idea
Wine is not a drink. It is a practice.
The great wine cultures of the world have always known that tasting is an act of attention, requiring presence, patience and an open sensory mind. This retreat uses wine as a way into a deeper conversation about how we live.
The Art of Slowing Down is a two-night retreat in the Brome-Missisquoi wine region of Québec, one of Canada's most exciting emerging appellations. Guided by a sommelier and a mindfulness facilitator, you'll explore the terroir of the Eastern Townships while doing the inner work that makes the wine taste even better.
“Wine is the most civilized thing in the world.”

Plan a group retreatThe wine region
Brome-Missisquoi is Québec's leading wine appellation, home to more than 20 vineyards producing distinctive cold-climate whites, reds and ciders. Cold winters and warm summers give its wines real character and tension.
Alcohol-free participation
Every tasting has a thoughtfully chosen non-alcoholic alternative, so no one is left out. The retreat is built around the culture and sensory experience of wine, not the alcohol itself.
Before the retreat
Join our pilot evening
Something new is coming, and we're starting small, on purpose. We're inviting a handful of curious souls to pilot our upcoming wine retreat: an intimate evening of wine tasting, hands-on pairing, and a seasonal Mexican menu crafted around what's fresh right now. This is where a new brand takes its first sip. Expect a warm, friendly space, real conversation, and an authentic experience built to be savoured slowly. You'll taste, you'll learn, and your feedback will help shape what comes next.
Savour the decision. Then make it.
We keep each cohort to 24 guests or fewer so everyone shares the same table. Reserve your place or ask us for the full programme guide.
