Why we're starting small
Every new venture feels pressure to arrive fully formed: the big launch, the polished promise, the long list of offerings. We're doing the opposite.
Our first gathering is a pilot evening. A handful of guests, a guided wine tasting, a seasonal Mexican menu built around what's fresh right now, and a lot of listening. We want to learn what makes an evening feel unhurried, which moments people remember, where a pairing opens a conversation, and where structure gets in the way.
Starting small follows from what Elevaare is about. We believe the best experiences aren't rushed, and that includes how a company grows. A small table lets us learn every guest's name, notice what works, and change what doesn't before we welcome anyone to a full retreat.
It's also more honest. We'd rather shape The Art of Slowing Down with the people who taste it first than design it alone and hope it lands.
If you'd like a seat at a future pilot, or simply want to follow along as we grow, join our newsletter. We write occasionally, and only when we have something worth sharing.
