How Elevaare Inc. collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25). Last updated: September 2026.
Who we are
Elevaare Inc. is a wellness and transformation company based in Montréal, Québec. This policy applies to elevaare.ca and to the information you share with us by email or through our forms.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us: name, email address and, if you choose, phone number.
- Details of your request: the experience you're interested in, preferred language, group size, dates, dietary needs and your message.
- Your email address if you join our newsletter or ask to be notified about the podcast.
- We don't use advertising or analytics cookies. Your browser remembers your preferred language on this device only.
Why we use it
- To reply to your questions and requests.
- To organize your reservation and the experience you've booked.
- To send newsletters, only if you've agreed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- We never sell or rent your personal information.
Where it's kept
Our website is hosted in Canada. Form submissions are delivered to our business email. Payments are handled by a secure payment provider, and Elevaare never sees or stores your card details. If a service provider stores information outside Québec, we first check that it's adequately protected.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for, and no longer than 24 months after our last exchange, unless the law requires otherwise. Newsletter addresses are deleted as soon as you unsubscribe.
Your rights
- Access the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct information that's inaccurate or incomplete.
- Withdraw your consent, including for newsletters.
- Ask us to delete your information when it's no longer needed.

Elevaare's person in charge of the protection of personal information handles all questions and requests about this policy. Write to hello@elevaare.ca and we'll reply within 30 days. You may also contact the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site.
